A lot of people thought I was crazy for taking a ton of pictures on film and holding off developing them. Turns out to be one of the smartest decisions I’ve made.
Why?
Well, especially since we moved almost a year ago, it was a nice walk down memory lane. I developed 4 rolls of the 9 that I’ve been holding on to for a while. Some were shot over a year ago! But, that didn’t diminish the impact of them to me, nor the quality (that I can tell). In our fast-moving world, they have a certain permanence that is hard to find elsewhere. Plus, I really dig the look of film.
