I just got back from the annual lighting of the Washington Monument in Mount Vernon, Baltimore. This is obviously not the Washington Monument in Washington D.C. Every year to celebrate the holidays Baltimore City puts on a brief firework show in which they turn on the monument’s lights. This was the first year I attended the event and it was quite an experience! I got some incredible fireworks shots with my Canon- a sampling is below.
