Welcome to this week’s edition of Project Art!
This week I will be showcasing photos that I have taken and edited with the iPhone/iPad application TiltShiftGen. TiltShiftGen does what it’s name says- mainly generate a tilt shift effect on your photographs. Normally this requires a special lens on a DSLR camera to achieve, however, with the advances in technology you can now edit your photos to have this effect. Tilt shift photography is the practice of selective focus of a certain area on the photo, and tricks the eye into thinking the perspective is different (everything is miniature sized). I will be posting more pictures of this style as I run more photos through the generator. The effect is very cool- check out the shots below.
